Shipping Information
Due to the nature of magnets being classified as dangerous goods, they cannot be shipped via air. All orders will be dispatched through surface courier service, depending on weight, order value, and PIN code.
- Our website is integrated with Shiprocket for automatic booking of out-state orders based on weight, order value, PIN code, and best courier service.
- For Gujarat, Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Daman & Diu, and Mumbai, we use Shree Anjani Courier for fast delivery.
Orders are typically dispatched within 24-48 hours if the items are in stock at our Vadodara warehouse. For out-of-stock or back-ordered items, dispatch may take 3-7 working days. Delivery usually takes 2-5 working days; if delayed more then 7 days after dispatch, please contact us.
Shipping Policy
To ensure quick and safe delivery, we ship through reputed courier agencies. We aim to ship all items in your order together, but this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability. You will be informed if this happens.
If the product appears damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery and contact our Customer us with your order reference number. We will arrange a replacement delivery as soon as possible as per policy.
Track your order status on our website under the “Track Your Order” section. All shipments, including gifts, will include an invoice with the price as per Indian tax regulations.
Shipping Partner
We use various shipping partners as selected by you at checkout. We can also ship through Blue Dart, Delivery, DTDC, Xpressbees, E-kart, E-Com, India Post upon special request to remote locations, although we cannot guarantee compliance due to post office regulations.
Shipping Time / Delivery Time
We strive to ship your order within the same day. 99% of our orders are shipped within 24 hours. We ship on weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Sundays will be shipped on Monday.
- Orders placed before 1:00 PM will be shipped on the same day (except Sundays and public holidays).
- Shipments through Blue Dart, Xpressbees, Dehlivery, E-Kart and Ecom will be picked up the same day if created before 1:00 PM; otherwise, they will be picked up the next day.
Delivery times range from 2-5 days within India but depend on the courier’s methods and transit locations. Please allow sufficient time for delivery.
For international shipping, we use India Post Registered Mail and provide tracking details within 48 hours of order booking. Delivery usually takes 10-25 working days.
