Guarantee/Warranty
All Peltier Modules are delivered with a standard warranty of at least 7 days (unless otherwise specified on the product page), safeguarding customers against manufacturing defects or incorrect part dispatch.
Peltier Modules damaged due to improper use are not covered under warranty, replacement or refund policies. We thoroughly inspect modules according to manufacturer guidelines before dispatching orders.
All magnet products come with a 7-day warranty to cover any issues with incorrect sizes or quantities delivered. If you receive the wrong product, please notify us within this period. However, once the correct magnets are delivered, we do not offer returns, replacements, or refunds for reasons such as personal preference, non-usage, or accidental ordering.
Please note that magnets are brittle and can be easily damaged through mishandling or misplacement. Therefore, no return, refund, or replacement policy applies in such cases. If you suspect a packing issue or damage during transit, please take a video of the parcel being opened to support any in-transit damage claims.
Magnet orders are packed according to order size, grade and quantity with standard packing to prevent damage during transit. For orders valued under Rs. 500 or single-piece orders meant for checking, sampling, projects, or prototypes, customers are responsible for any damages post-delivery, as we do not support replacements, refunds, or returns for sample or prototype orders.
In case of any issues with your order, please notify us within the specified duration from the shipment date regarding defective or incorrectly sized products. You agree to cover return shipping costs for exchanges and returns, which we will reimburse upon verification of defects or sizing errors. We will replace or repair damaged products free of charge, with shipping prepaid by us. If a replacement product is unavailable, we will issue a full refund. Please note, warranty does not cover products mishandled, misused, subjected to static discharge, neglected, involved in accidents, modified, or soldered.
Magnet grade and quality sold on the website are based on our knowledge or available from bulk stock. For specific size or grade requirements, custom orders with grade certificates or test reports are necessary as per our terms and conditions.
100% Refund/Replacement
We guarantee accurate descriptions and high-quality products as listed on the website. To protect against shipping damage, mismatched items, or missing parts, customers have 7 day from the date of delivery to report issues via the Email option in their account section. Once we receive the returned product, our experts will verify the reported issue and ship replacement items at our expense. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund. Please note, warranty does not apply to mishandled products, misuse, static discharge, neglect, accidents, modifications, or soldering. Due to our product nature and strict quality policy, we cannot accept cancellations or returns without valid reasons. PATEL MAGNETS & ELECTRONICS reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund requests.
Changing or Canceling an Order
Need to modify or cancel your order? Please email us promptly. We will respond within one business day regarding your request. Orders can only be altered or canceled if they are still in “Pending” or “Payment Verification” status. Orders in subsequent stages cannot be changed or canceled. Depending on the payment method used, order cancellations may incur a 7% bank charge due to payment gateway provider policies. Due to our product nature and strict quality policy, we cannot accept cancellations or returns without valid reasons. PATEL MAGNETS & ELECTRONICS reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund requests.
Parcel Acceptance and Returns
After dispatch, customers must accept the parcel within 3 delivery attempts. If returned, charges including courier, tax, return courier, payment gateway, and packing will be deducted from the material amount. PATEL MAGNETS & ELECTRONICS reserves the right to make the final decision in such cases.
Return Guidelines
Upon confirming that a faulty item cannot be repaired remotely, we will issue an RMA number, which must be clearly indicated on shipping boxes. Please avoid writing on the product package. Defective, unused merchandise will be replaced within 2 days upon receipt. All returns must include a copy of the original packing list.
Limits of Responsibility
We do not accept responsibility for improper installation of our products. Electrical polarity must be correctly observed when connecting electrical components.
